Individual Therapy
Individual therapy sessions focus on your unique concerns and goals, providing a safe and confidential space to explore your thoughts and emotions. Through personalized sessions, you can gain insights, develop coping strategies, and work towards positive change.
Telehealth/zoom session (60mins)
$170
Couples Therapy
Couples therapy aims to enhance communication, resolve conflicts, and strengthen emotional bonds. By addressing relationship issues in a supportive environment, couples can improve their connection, rebuild trust, and foster a healthier partnership.

You’re welcome to self-refer for counselling. A GP referral or Mental Health Care Plan isn’t required.
If you prefer, another health professional can also refer you with your consent.
Appointments
Sessions are 60 minutes. Longer sessions can be arranged if needed—just let me know.
Getting Started
To book, you can reach out via the contact page.
​We’ll begin with a free 15-minute consultation (phone or Zoom) to talk about what you’re looking for and whether it feels like a good fit.
If you decide to go ahead, we’ll arrange a time for your first appointment.
​You’ll receive a confirmation email, a short intake form, and a reminder 24 hours before your appointment.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required so the time can be offered to someone else.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, will incur a $50 late cancellation fee.
Fees & Rebates
Medicare
Medicare rebates are not currently available for counselling.

Private Health Insurance
You may be eligible for a rebate depending on your provider—please check directly with your health fund.

NDIS & Aged Care Support
Counselling may be included under NDIS or Aged Care Support at Home packages as part of therapeutic support.
Your provider will assess your needs and determine whether counselling is included in your plan. Once approved, you’re welcome to book an initial call with me to discuss your support and how we can work together.
