Hello, I'm Nadia

I’m an Accredited Counsellor and Psychotherapist with a special interest in supporting people to heal from trauma.

I work with young people and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, and other complex challenges. My focus is on creating a space where you feel safe, understood, and able to make sense of your experiences—at your own pace.

I hold a Master of Counselling from Monash University and bring a background in neuroscience research. This means I understand how the brain and body respond to stress, trauma, and change—and I translate this into therapy in a way that feels simple, relevant, and helpful.

My approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), alongside Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Emotion-Focused Therapy. I recognise that healing from trauma is not one-size-fits-all, so I draw on a range of evidence-based approaches. I have specialised training in prolonged exposure therapy and psychodynamic techniques.
